- **About the Role**_

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Digital Marketing Strategist with an MBA and at least 2 years of experience to lead and execute data-driven marketing strategies. You will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, generating quality leads, and optimizing digital touch points across multiple channels.
- **Key Responsibilities**_

Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

Plan and run campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms

Analyze marketing data to improve campaign performance and customer engagement

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend studies

Collaborate with content and design teams for high-impact marketing materials

Monitor and report on KPIs (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ROI) using Google Analytics and CRM tools

Optimize landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates

Stay current with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices
- **Required Skills & Tools**_

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager

Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms

Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on performance metrics

Basic content planning, copywriting, and familiarity with Canva or similar tools

Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills
- **Preferred Qualifications**_

MBA in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Business Analytics

Google Ads and Analytics certification (preferred)

Experience in B2B or B2C marketing environments

Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS is a plus
