Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and brand growth. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, and content strategy. A strong analytical mindset, creativity, and familiarity with e-commerce marketing will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).


• Plan, manage, and optimize SEO and SEM campaigns to improve organic visibility and lead generation.


• Create and oversee social media marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and community engagement.


• Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce impactful marketing materials and creatives.


• Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.


• Analyze campaign data and performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics tools.


• Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and trend monitoring to refine marketing strategies.


• Work with e-commerce and sales teams to design digital funnels that increase conversions and ROI.


• Manage digital advertising budgets and provide detailed monthly performance reports.


• Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and technology.

Required Qualifications & Skills


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.


• 2–5 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist, Performance Marketer, or SEO/SEM Specialist.


• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), and CRM/Email Marketing platforms.


• Strong understanding of SEO, Social Media Management (SMM), and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).


• Hands-on experience with content marketing, email automation, and lead generation strategies.


• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.


• Creative thinking combined with a data-driven approach to decision-making.


• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus.


• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Preferred Skills


• Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.).


• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.


• Knowledge of video marketing and basic editing tools.


• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot are highly desirable.
