Canadaian Overseas Education-Marketing/Sales Manager

Main responsibilities and functions:
• Drive sales opportunities through strong relationships and communications with a variety of stakeholders including educational agents, students, parents and sponsors
• Promote the client's Canadian partners on an ongoing basis to generate new leads in the market through a variety of channels and support recruitment
• Develop a strong working relationship with the international offices of our partner universities and create opportunities for joint activities
• Attend recruitment fairs and events across the region
• Develop market-specific collateral to support sales and recruitment in the region
• Provide promotional and logistical support to Kaplan International staff and university partners as required for incoming visits
• Maintain the Customer Relationship Management database and record all activities and contacts with agents and sponsors
• Evaluation and monitoring of recruitment and marketing activities to ensure effectiveness and adherence to budget
• Provide support on market-based projects
• Any other activities as required by the Region Manager
Candidate Profile:
To be successful in the role you'll have the following:
• Results-orientated, ambitious, and highly motivated
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of audiences
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment processes
• Strong organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure, to deadlines, and within budget, to meet challenging targets
• Strong attention to detail
• 4 to 5 years of experience in international sales or marketing
• Canada domain knowledge essential
• Experience in working to and meeting targets
• University-level education
• Willing to travel overseas independently and to work irregular hours when required
• Ability to think creatively and turn problems into solutions or opportunities
• The ability to adapt positively and quickly to changing environments and priorities
• IT literate

• Excellent project management and planning skills
• Experience working in the Higher Education sector
