Role Summary
Krishna Overseas is looking for a dynamic International Sales Executive to manage global client accounts, grow business in new markets, and ensure smooth export operations within the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international sales in existing and new markets.
- Manage client communication and negotiations and complete customer service (PI, contracts, orders & export documentation).
- Coordinate with production, packaging, and logistics teams for timely order execution.
- Track shipments, resolve issues, and maintain accurate order reports.
- Study target-country markets and identify new export opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with buyers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings to represent the company.
- Maintain MIS records and sales forecasts, and report regularly to HOD.
- Generate new business leads through outbound communication.
Requirements
- MBA in Sales (preferred).
- Understanding of FMCG and export processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of international market trends and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office & MIS reporting.
