Role Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and developing strategic plans to increase business for logistic services offered by the company. Key duties include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, leading a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi, the Sales Manager will work closely with internal teams to support the seamless execution of logistics services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and effective Communication
- Knowledge of Logistics Processes including Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, and Transportation
- Proficiency in Sales Strategies and Negotiation Techniques
- Strong Leadership and Team Management capabilities
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills for developing effective sales strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software and Sales Reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; an MBA would be advantageous
- Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi and travel as required
