Responsibilities:

Food & Beverage Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the food court and review catering activities
  • Work with vendors to finalize menus and pricing
  • Ensure hygiene and quality compliance as per safety standards

Events & Gatherings

  • Plan and execute internal events, town halls, client visits, and conferences
  • Coordinate logistics with internal teams and external vendors
  • Manage event budgets and handle vendor payments

Housekeeping & Soft Services

  • Supervise cleanliness and hygiene across the facility
  • Monitor pest control, waste management, and deploy contractual staff
  • Improve service levels and maintain documentation for audits

Travel & Accommodation

  • Manage employee and guest travel bookings
  • Liaise with travel partners and ensure timely, cost-effective arrangements
  • Ensure compliance with company travel and stay policies

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, vendor management, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management tools
  • Hands-on experience in F&B, housekeeping, and events
  • Sound knowledge of compliance, health & safety norms
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or equivalent is preferred
