Responsibilities:
Food & Beverage Management
- Oversee daily operations of the food court and review catering activities
- Work with vendors to finalize menus and pricing
- Ensure hygiene and quality compliance as per safety standards
Events & Gatherings
- Plan and execute internal events, town halls, client visits, and conferences
- Coordinate logistics with internal teams and external vendors
- Manage event budgets and handle vendor payments
Housekeeping & Soft Services
- Supervise cleanliness and hygiene across the facility
- Monitor pest control, waste management, and deploy contractual staff
- Improve service levels and maintain documentation for audits
Travel & Accommodation
- Manage employee and guest travel bookings
- Liaise with travel partners and ensure timely, cost-effective arrangements
- Ensure compliance with company travel and stay policies
Qualifications
- Strong communication, vendor management, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management tools
- Hands-on experience in F&B, housekeeping, and events
- Sound knowledge of compliance, health & safety norms
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or equivalent is preferred
