Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who can handle client interactions, generate leads, and also has a basic understanding of digital marketing. The candidate will help in both sales generation and online promotion of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, visits, and online platforms.
- Explain AKS Facilities' services, offers, and pricing to clients.
- Work on both offline and online lead generation.
- Support marketing activities — social media promotions, WhatsApp marketing, and online campaign follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Meet monthly targets and maintain client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 years in sales or marketing (facility management experience preferred).
- Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic digital marketing knowledge (social media posting, lead handling, ads understanding, seo).
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.

Work Schedule
