to join our leadership team.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Lead
end-to-end facility management operations
across multiple client sites.

Conduct regular
site visits
to ensure smooth functioning & compliance.

Build and maintain
strong client relationships
for long-term partnerships.

Manage
vendors, contracts, and negotiations
effectively.

Handle
manpower sourcing, deployment & performance monitoring
.

Supervise
housekeeping, maintenance & overall site management
.

Organize
training programs
to upskill on-ground staff.

Ensure
timely reporting, billing & MIS management
.

Drive
safety, hygiene & compliance standards
across sites.

Strong expertise in
facilities & operations management
.

Proven ability to manage
clients, vendors & manpower
.

Leadership skills to
motivate and guide operational teams
.

Excellent
communication, negotiation & problem-solving abilities
.

Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.

Self-driven, with a strong sense of
ownership & accountability
.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Operations/Facilities Management preferred).

Minimum
3+ years of experience
in Facility & Operations Management.
