Responsibilities:

  • Supervise kitchen, service, and bar coordination.
  • Maintain service standards, staff discipline, and cleanliness.
  • Plan duty rosters, handle customer feedback, and resolve complaints.
  • Manage billing, daily sales reports, and stock checks.
  • Create and monitor sales promotions and events.
  • Train staff and build a positive work culture.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of South Indian cuisine and service flow.
  • Basic computer and billing system knowledge.
  • Preference for candidates with hotel or bar coordination experience.
