Salary: ₹28,000 (Based on Experience & Skills)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage the complete financial operations of Sree Guruvayoor Tiffin Veg Restaurant. The ideal candidate must have strong accounting knowledge, experience in restaurant or hospitality financial processes, and the ability to manage compliance, budgeting, and reporting independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounting:

Manage full cycle accounting including accounts payable, receivable, and ledger maintenance.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Oversee daily billing, cash handling, and reconciliation activities.

Maintain accurate records of expenses, vendor payments, and operational costs.

Tax & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF/ESI (if applicable), and other statutory requirements.

File GST returns monthly and handle any tax-related queries or audits.

Manage government filings, yearly audits, and financial documentation.

Budgeting & Reporting:

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis reports regularly.

Monitor restaurant profitability, cost control, wastage tracking, and variance reports.

Present MIS reports to management for decision-making.

Payroll & HR Coordination:

Manage employee salary processing, attendance record verification, and statutory deductions.

Maintain payroll records and coordinate with HR for staff-related financial matters.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance.

Strong working experience with Tally ERP or similar accounting software.

Solid understanding of restaurant costing, inventory control, and vendor management.

Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and handle pressure.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality accounting

Knowledge of GST filing and statutory compliance

Strong financial reporting and audit handling experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
