Job Objective

Senior Accountant to contribute to the organization's growth by assisting in the development of long-term financial strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing resource utilization. Focused on fostering profitability, ensuring liquidity, and achieving compliance with financial regulations while creating budgets, managing risks, and overseeing financial operations. Dedicated to aligning financial processes with strategic goals, maintaining cash flow efficiency, and staying updated with current events and business trends to support sustainable success.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Strong experience in accounting software platforms and handling full cycle book keeping.
  • Prepare and post monthly accruals, prepayments and similar accounting entries.
  • Budgeting and forecasting.
  • Leading the analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and presenting findings to the

Management.

  • Managing an end-to-end audit process of current systems – while acting as the first point of

contact for external auditors.

  • Dealing with working capital management and production of cash flow forecasts.
  • Leading the team responsible for payroll, GST, TDS, EPF/ESIC/LWF/PT.
  • Financial reporting and analysis
  • Investigate budget variances and provide financial insights for decision making
  • Analyze and document financial data for accurate journal entries and reporting
  • Banking, compliance and audits.
  • Monitor bank accounts, depositary agreements, and prepare monthly reports.
  • Support company audits and tax preparation, coordinating with external auditors and tax
  • consultants.
  • Multi-tasking with multiple client accounts
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with vendors/clients/stake holders.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Qualification§ MBA in Finance or related filed or BCOM Graduate§ CA/ CMA preferred

Experience§ 4- 8 years of experience in the similar role

Sex Male/ Female

Computer skills

Excellent skills in MS Office, internet and emails and accounting software's and Proficiency in Microsoft (Excel/word/power point), Zoho books experience.

Language skills Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and regional language.

Functional skills

§ Ability to motive and lead the team

§ Strong ability to create detailed plans and manage reports

§ Meticulous attention to details

§ Strong skill to conduct Root Cause Analysis

§ Ability to work on deadlines

§ 5 to 7 years leadership experience in end-to-end accounting practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
