Roles & Responsibility
- Daily Operations Management: Oversee patient flow, staff scheduling, and facility maintenance to optimize clinic efficiency.
- Primary Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring that their needs and questions are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Patient Relations: Address patient feedback or complaints and implement service improvements to enhance the patient experience.
- Co-ordinate With Doctors: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and address any potential barriers to treatment.
Technical Skills Required
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration is typical.
- Experience: Requires 1–3 years of experience in healthcare management or administrative roles.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes.
- Problem-solving skills to address patient issues and concerns promptly.
- Empathy and compassion in dealing with patients and their families.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
