We are looking for a dedicated ELD (Electronic Logging Device) Support Executive to join our team. The role involves assisting drivers, fleet managers, and clients with ELD software, compliance issues, and troubleshooting device/application problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to drivers and fleet managers for ELD devices and mobile applications.
  • Assist drivers with logbook corrections, HOS (Hours of Service) compliance, and FMCSA regulations.
  • Handle queries related to DVIR, IFTA reports, VIN mismatch, device connection issues, and log certifications.
  • Respond to tickets, calls, and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Train drivers and clients on proper usage of ELDs and portal functions.
  • Escalate technical issues to the development team when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of support interactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of computers, Excel, and mobile applications.
  • Prior experience in Customer Support / ELD / Logistics industry preferred, but freshers with good learning ability are welcome.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts / rotational shifts.

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of ELD regulations (FMCSA, DOT, HOS) is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple support tickets.
  • Patience and professionalism in dealing with drivers and clients.
