
Support Executive

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services.
- Resolve issues or escalate to the concerned team when required.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and updates in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are fully resolved.
- Maintain professionalism and positive communication at all times.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and internet usage.
- Experience in customer support is an advantage (not mandatory).
- Freshers are welcome with good communication skills.
