About the Role:

Scrumfolks is looking for a
Senior Content Strategist
with a creative edge, strong storytelling instincts, and an analytical mind to lead our content initiatives. You'll be the bridge between strategy and creativity — shaping how our brands communicate, connect, and convert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end
    content strategies
    for multiple brands.
  • Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions for campaigns, social media, websites, and digital communication.
  • Manage and mentor a team of writers, editors, and interns to maintain brand voice and quality.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and client-servicing teams to ensure alignment in storytelling and visual identity.
  • Conduct brand research, competitor analysis, and trend mapping to shape content direction.
  • Create editorial calendars, style guides, and campaign frameworks.
  • Review and approve all client-facing copy for accuracy, tone, and impact.
  • Present content strategies and performance reports to leadership and clients.
  • Maintain consistency in messaging across platforms while adapting tone for diverse audiences.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in
    content strategy, creative writing, or brand communication.
  • Proven experience leading a creative/content team.
  • Strong understanding of
    social media trends, SEO, and digital storytelling.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
