Content Strategist / Content Marketing Manager
who can turn financial insights into engaging stories — helping investors make smarter decisions and strengthening our brand presence across platforms.


What You'll Do
Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a powerful content strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Research audience needs, behavior, and trends in the investment landscape to uncover fresh content opportunities.
  • Build and manage content calendars ensuring consistency and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate across teams to align messaging and brand storytelling.

Content Creation & Campaigns

  • Conceptualize and lead campaigns around brand initiatives, product launches, and investor education.
  • Craft or oversee creation of compelling content — blogs, articles, videos, infographics, social media posts, and more.
  • Work with internal teams, freelancers, and agencies to deliver quality content on schedule.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and compliance with financial communication standards.
  • Manage and mentor the content team (writers, designers) and coordinate resourcing with external partners to meet content velocity targets (e.g., target number of high-quality assets per month).
  • Oversee content production budgets and timelines, ensuring campaigns are delivered within scope and cost expectations.

Content Distribution & Performance

  • Strategize content distribution across channels — social media, email, web, and strategic partnerships — to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics like traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Continuously optimize based on insights and emerging content formats.
  • Prepare dashboards and weekly/monthly performance reviews; present insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Work closely with analytics and growth teams to run experiments (A/B testing, audience segmentation) and measure campaign ROI and attribution to business outcomes.


What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in content marketing / strategy, preferably in Mutual Funds, Investments, or Financial Services.
  • Strong understanding of financial communication and investor behaviour.
  • A proven ability to translate complex financial concepts into simple, engaging narratives.
  • Expertise in content planning, SEO best practices, and digital content distribution.
