Role Overview

As Namshi's SEO Manager, you'll own and execute the organic search strategy across all fashion and lifestyle categories. You will combine strong technical SEO skills, a deep understanding of content and consumer intent, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and tech teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive
    SEO strategy
    aligned with Namshi's business goals and growth targets.
  • Conduct
    keyword research
    , competitive analysis, and content gap audits to identify opportunities for organic visibility and traffic growth.
  • Partner with content, merchandising, and brand teams to ensure
    SEO best practices
    are integrated into all campaigns and product launches.
  • Drive
    on-page optimization
    (meta tags, internal linking, structured data, site architecture).
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure
    technical SEO health
    (crawlability, Core Web Vitals, mobile performance, indexation).
  • Manage
    SEO tools and reporting
    , including Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Monitor algorithm updates and industry trends to proactively adapt strategies.
  • Report on organic performance, ROI, and actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Support
    international SEO
    and multilingual site optimization where applicable.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years
    of hands-on SEO experience (preferably in e-commerce or large-scale websites).
  • Strong understanding of
    technical SEO
    ,
    content strategy
    , and
    search intent
    .
  • Proven record of delivering measurable organic growth.
  • Experience working closely with
    developers, UX, and marketing teams
    .
  • Proficiency with SEO tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
