Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and
experienced SEO Specialist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve our website's organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic. The SEO Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall online visibility and contribute to the achievement of business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Keyword Research and Analysis:
    Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value and relevant keywords. Analyse keyword competitiveness and trends to inform content and optimization strategies.

  • On-Page Optimization:
    Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility. Implement SEO best practices to enhance the overall user experience and website performance.

  • Off-Page Optimization
    : Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to build high quality backlinks. Monitor and manage online mentions, reviews, and citations to enhance online reputation.

  • Technical SEO:
    Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and address website issues affecting search engine rankings. Collaborate with web development teams to implement technical SEO recommendations.

  • Content Development:
    Create and optimize high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content. Collaborate with content creators to align content strategies with SEO goals.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    Utilize SEO tools and analytics platforms to monitor website performance and track key metrics. Generate regular reports, analyse data trends, and provide actionable insights to improve SEO efforts.

  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
    Stay informed about the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in SEO. Continuously explore and recommend new strategies to improve search engine rankings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development concepts is a plus.

Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
