About Us

At The Intelligent Marketers, we believe in creating a dynamic environment for growth and learning. As a rapidly expanding startup, we are looking for an enthusiastic Finance Intern to assist our finance team in managing financial records, transactions, and other key finance-related activities. This position will provide exposure to a wide range of financial operations and will help sharpen your skills in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining financial records, including tracking expenses, revenues, and invoices.
  • Support the finance team in preparing financial reports and statements.
  • Help with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Assist in reconciling bank accounts and other financial documents.
  • Track and verify transactions related to company spending and incoming payments.
  • Ensure all financial operations comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and organize documents for audits and tax filings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide insights.
  • Research and assist in financial analysis, including cash flow management and cost control.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting procedures.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or higher).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with care.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
