**Job Title**:Finance Coordinator

**Location**:India (Remote)

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Invoice Management**:

- Prepare, issue, and manage invoices to clients.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of all invoicing activities and update the accounting system.

**Salary Administration**:

- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll and benefits.

**Payments and Transactions**:

- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Manage and reconcile company bank accounts.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.

**Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.

**Compliance and Auditing**:

- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
- Assist with internal and external audits.

**Other Duties**:

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Continuously improve financial processes and procedures.
- All the admin related tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within a recruiting or service-oriented company.
- Experience in working for a Swedish or European organization within finance is preferable
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
