**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Support Sales Team**: Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, follow-ups, and data entry.
- **Customer Communication**: Serve as the point of contact for customers and handle inquiries related to orders, products, and services.
- **Order Management**: Process sales orders, track order status, and ensure timely delivery.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare and maintain sales reports, track performance metrics, and monitor key sales data.
- **CRM Management**: Update and maintain customer information in CRM databases.
- **Coordinate Meetings**: Schedule and organize meetings, product demos, and presentations for the sales team.
- **Follow-Up**: Assist with follow-up communication for leads, quotes, and proposals.
- **Inventory Coordination**: Work closely with the inventory team to ensure product availability and track stock levels.
- **Documentation**: Prepare sales-related documentation such as contracts, proposals, and invoices.
- **Cross-Departmental Collaboration**: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to streamline processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
