**Company Overview**:Foxx Life Sciences is a dynamic and rapidly growing Bio Process and Laboratory sector company. We are committed to excellence in everything we do and are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our finance team.

**Position Overview**: As a Controller at Foxx Life Sciences, USA, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data while providing strategic insights to support business decisions. You will be working in U.S time zone from 4pm to 2am IST.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts to ensure financial stability and support strategic planning initiatives.

Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Coordinate external audits and tax filings, working closely with auditors and tax professionals.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management to support decision-making processes.

Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and development.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in financial software and systems, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.

Experience-10-15 years in Account field.
