**Job Type: Full Time**:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Process Expert who can combine creativity and expert skills in solving complex problems for a mission-critical **on-site 3-month Saudi Arabia**-based consulting assignment for one of our esteemed international clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement and monitor **Record-to-Report**, **Procure-to-Pay**, and **Order-to-Cash** processes performance
- Review and identify process development opportunities to proactively resolve inefficiencies
- Lead the continuous improvement and automation initiatives
- Study as-is process and development of RTR procedures, Accounting standards, and Group policies
- Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions
- End-user training and support towards the regional RTR teams
- Participate in projects driven by Group Finance or business
- Collaborate with key stakeholders for cross-functional and group projects
- Be the key user for RTR related finance systems (Oracle, SAP)
- Drive accountability through process controls and by leveraging technology

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 15 to 20 years’ experience within Accounting, preferably within Business Process or Shared Service or complex international business environment
- Solid in end-to-end P2P, OTC and RTR process
- Prior experience in implementation in business process transformation projects

**Education**:

- BS/Master’s degree or equivalent, a major in Accounting or Finance

**Other Essential Requirements**:

- Excellent professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
