**Job Description: Finance Controller - Fintech**

**About the Role**

**Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Control & Compliance**
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Ensure compliance with **US GAAP** and fintech regulatory requirements.
- Oversee internal controls, audits, and risk management processes.

**Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting**
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles across the organization.
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models for planning and decision-making.
- Deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Track variances and provide insights for efficiency improvements.

**Team Leadership & Development**
- Supervise, mentor, and develop finance and accounting team members.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Implement scalable financial processes to support growth.

**Strategic Financial Support**
- Partner with the CFO/CEO to provide financial insights and analysis.
- Support strategic decision-making with data-driven recommendations.
- Contribute to cost optimization and resource allocation strategies.

**Stakeholder Management**
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Tech teams.
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership and board review.
- Support fundraising, investor reporting, and due diligence as needed.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- CA/CPA/MBA Finance (preferred) or equivalent advanced degree.
- **5 + years in fintech/financial services/startups**.
- Strong expertise in **budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting**.
- Proven ability to **lead teams and manage financial operations** in high-growth environments.
- Strong knowledge of **US GAAP, compliance, and risk management**.
- Hands-on experience with financial systems, automation tools, and audits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
