**The Role**:
We are looking for a Visual Designer to own and evolve our visual identity across marketing, investor communications, internal documents, and more. You will collaborate with the marketing and leadership team to create visually impactful assets that support our brand story, drive engagement, and inspire confidence among clients and stakeholders.

This is a distinct role from our UI/UX team - the Visual Designer will focus on branding and marketing, not product interfaces.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Design high-quality visual content including pitch decks, blog graphics, event banners, social media creatives, and internal documents.
- Maintain and evolve the Saaf visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to design compelling visuals for campaigns and presentations.
- Create and manage design templates for fast iteration and scale.
- Assist in rebranding and design strategy projects as we grow.
- Translate abstract ideas into clear, attractive visuals that communicate effectively. Coordinate with external freelancers (e.g., deck designers) when needed and ensure brand alignment.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in visual design, brand design, or communication design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand work, digital marketing assets, and presentation decks.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma.
- Understanding of modern design trends and storytelling through visuals.
- Attention to detail with a passion for visual consistency and quality.
- Ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously with mínimal supervision.
Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, animations, or video content.
