**We're Hiring : Visual Designer**

- **What You’ll Be Doing-**_

**Motion Graphics & Video Editing**:

- Conceptualize, edit, and produce engaging video content for platforms like **Instagram**, **Facebook, and Google,** tailored for marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Create dynamic **motion graphics**, **animations**, and **visual effects** that elevate storytelling and user engagement.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to translate scripts, ideas, or briefs into visually compelling video content.
- Optimize video assets for platform-specific specs, performance, and audience retention.

**Static & Visual Design**:

- Ensure brand consistency across all designs, maintaining visual quality across deliverables.

**Who You Are**:

- A versatile and creative designer with proven expertise across **static design** and **video/motion graphics**, backed by a strong portfolio.
- Able to maintain consistency with brand aesthetics while pushing creative boundaries.
- Proficient in industry-standard tools:

- **For static design**: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, (optional: Figma)
- **For video and motion**: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling, color theory, typography, and layout for both motion and static formats.
- Skilled in video editing, motion graphics, and visual effects, with attention to detail in **color correction**, **grading**, and **audio post-production**.

**What You Bring**
- 3-5 years of experience in motion graphics and graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing both motion and static work
- Proficiency in tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
- Understanding of marketing funnels and creative strategy is a plus
