**Synopsis-**

We are seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our creative team. As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and impactful designs across various digital and print mediums. Your keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail will contribute to the overall visual identity and brand image of our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to translate concepts into compelling visual assets.

**A Day in your life -**
- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print mediums, including websites, mobile apps, social media graphics, marketing collaterals, presentations, and more.
- Develop and maintain the visual identity and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
- Conduct research and stay updated with design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design quality.
- Produce wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback received from stakeholders and users, ensuring designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and troubleshoot any design-related issues.
- Optimize and prepare design assets for various platforms, ensuring they are visually appealing, optimized for performance, and accessible.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually compelling campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Maintain and organize a library of design assets, templates, and resources for easy access and consistency.
- Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions, creative discussions, and design critiques, providing valuable insights and ideas.

**Skills in the spotlight -**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Visual Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience in creating designs for digital platforms, including responsive web design and mobile app interfaces.
- Knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
