**Role Overview**

We’re looking for a creative Visual Designer to design **marketing materials, blog visuals, and digital content** that effectively communicates our brand story. This role is part-time and remote, ideal for someone who loves creating engaging graphics and visual assets for diverse marketing channels.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design visually appealing assets for blogs, social media, newsletters, and campaigns.
- Create banners, posters, infographics, and illustrations for marketing purposes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute ideas.
- Maintain consistency with Classess’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Produce templates and reusable assets to streamline content creation.
- Suggest creative ways to enhance user engagement through visuals.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or digital marketing visuals.
- Strong portfolio showcasing marketing graphics, social media content, or editorial visuals.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar.
- Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and understanding of typography/layout.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects remotely.
- Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
