**The Role**

We’re seeking a talented **Visual Designer** who excels in graphic design, UI/UX, and motion graphics/animation. This is an exciting opportunity to bring creativity and innovation to life across diverse projects. You’ll play a vital role in crafting visuals that elevate _The Wild Sheep’s_ identity while creating stunning work for our clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Design engaging visuals for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and campaigns.
- Create user-centric, visually appealing UI/UX designs for apps, websites, and other digital experiences.
- Develop compelling motion graphics and animations for logos, social media, and brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with the team to translate creative briefs into impactful visuals.
- Edit videos and produce high-quality content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Assist with photoshoots and manage visual content creation when required.
- Ensure all designs align with brand aesthetics and project goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your best work in graphic design, UI/UX, and motion graphics/animation.
- Proficiency in tools : Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and user experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work collaboratively, and manage multiple projects.
- **Bonus**: Skills in video editing and photoshoots are a strong plus.
