Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Finance Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining practical experience in Finance within a professional work environment. The selected intern will have the chance to contribute to various Finance related endeavors, working closely with Finance professionals to enhance their skills and understanding of Financial practices at an Ecommerce Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Coordinate and communicate to reconcile Bank Statements and maintain accurate Financial Records.
- Participate in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date and organized Accounting records by data entry into the Accounting Records.
- Assist in Budget Tracking and Variance Analysis.
- Collaborate with the Finance Team and to ensure documentation of invoice is accurate and is easily accessible to support team and customers.
- Assist in handling basic Finance Employee inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to the Finance Team Lead as needed.
- Contribute to creating a positive work environment by participating in employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance team, including preparing Financial Statements and reports, and managing Finance-related correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

- Current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Recent graduates with Accounting and Book Keeping can also apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team.

This internship offers a valuable learning experience in a fast-paced ecommerce environment, providing exposure to various aspects of Finance. The selected intern will have the opportunity to work closely with seasoned Finance professionals, gaining insights into the field and building a foundation for a successful career in Finance.

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹3,000.00 per month
