Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic reinsurance plans to align with the company's business objectives.
  • Lead treaty and facultative placements, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for clients.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with reinsurers, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends to recommend innovative reinsurance structures and programs.
  • Drive the efficient handling of all reinsurance placement documents and contracts.
Requirements
  • A Bachelors degree in business, insurance, or risk management. Advanced certifications in reinsurance will be a plus.
  • 7 years of experience in reinsurance and placement strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proven analytical and financial modeling proficiency.
