We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Catering General Manager
to lead our catering operations in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, planning, and customer service skills, with hands-on experience managing large-scale catering events, corporate functions, and weddings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day catering operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events from start to finish.
  • Manage and train staff, including kitchen, service, and logistics teams.
  • Maintain quality control and hygiene standards in compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and event partners.
  • Prepare budgets, manage costs, and ensure profitability of catering projects.
  • Collaborate with chefs and the operations team to design menus based on client needs and event themes.
  • Handle client queries, feedback, and on-site issue resolution promptly.
  • Monitor inventory, procurement, and vendor contracts.
  • Generate reports on event performance, staff productivity, and financial metrics.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in catering management or hospitality operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple events simultaneously.
  • Sound knowledge of food safety, service standards, and event logistics.
  • Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and during peak event seasons.
