Role & responsibilities
- Assist in organizing, updating, and maintaining knowledge bases for internal content.
- Collaborate with COE teams to understand how knowledge is created, shared, and used.
- Support knowledge-sharing initiatives like content harvesting sessions, onboarding materials, and best practices documentation.
- Draft and refine documents, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and aligned with established documentation and branding standards.
- Help track updates, user feedback, and maintain the quality of content over time.
Preferred candidate profile
- Postgraduate degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English Literature, or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of relevant experience in content writing, communication, documentation, editorial roles, or internships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for structure and clarity.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office; exposure to tools like SharePoint, Confluence, or MS Teams is a plus.
- Willingness to upskills, adapt, and work closely with cross-functional teams.
