Your Role

  • Develop and maintain a strategic Knowledge Management (KM) system and content repository.

  • Support proposal creation by customizing RFP/RFI responses and integrating win themes.

  • Collaborate with sales, bid teams, and SMEs to gather and share relevant content.

  • Create high-impact proposals and presentations aligned with brand standards.

  • Continuously improve bid support processes and KM practices for efficiency.

Your Profile

  • Strong communication, copywriting, editing, and proofreading abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, Drupal, HTML, Flash.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Deep understanding of sales processes and IT services market.

  • Strong collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
