Purpose of Role

confidential

5. Balance the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies

6. Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests

7. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops,

reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in

professional societies

8. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Experience Required

  • Minimum: Experience in payroll management.

  • Core Expertise:

  • Manual Payroll Processing: 70% of experience should be in handling payroll

manually (calculations, statutory deductions, reconciliations).

  • HR Operations: 30% exposure to general HR processes (employee lifecycle,

compliance, documentation).
