HR Compliance & Regulatory Management

  • Ensure 100% compliance with applicable Labour Laws, Shops & Establishment Act, Contract Labour Act, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Maternity Benefit Act, POSH, and other statutory regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation as per legal requirements.
  • Manage PF/ESI/Professional Tax/Gratuity/Bonus filings and ensure timely submission of statutory returns.
  • Liaison with government, statutory, and regulatory bodies during inspections, audits, or notices.
  • Stay updated with changes in labour law and compliance requirements and update management accordingly.

HR Operations & Audit Management

  • Establish HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks across the organization.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR documentation (appointments, exits, transfers, etc.).
  • Conduct internal audits to identify non-compliance areas and propose corrective action.
  • Maintain compliance dashboards and weekly/monthly MIS reports for management.

Employee Relations & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure a safe and compliant workplace environment, reinforcing company policies and POSH committee functioning.
  • Investigate employee grievances or policy violations, ensuring fairness and confidentiality.
  • Conduct awareness training programs on HR policies, anti-harassment, and compliance-related matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • LLB or Bachelors degree in HR / MBA in Human Resources preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in HR Compliance, HR Operations, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory and regulatory labour laws.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and reporting tools (Excel, MS Office).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines with absolute accuracy.
