Job Title: B2B Marketplace Executive (IndiaMART / TradeIndia / Alibaba Management)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced B2B Marketplace Executive to manage and grow our presence on IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, and other B2B platforms. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling online B2B portals, generating leads, communicating with international buyers, and converting enquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update company profiles on IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, and other B2B portals.
- Handle daily inbound leads, respond to enquiries promptly, and ensure high-quality follow-ups.
- Proactively reach out to international buyers and expand global business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, pricing, product details, and sample dispatches.
- Track lead status, maintain CRM records, and ensure timely conversion.
- Analyze B2B marketplace analytics and improve listing rankings.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation and conversion.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in managing B2B platforms like IndiaMART / TradeIndia / Alibaba.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) for domestic and international communication.
- Ability to understand product details, pricing, and negotiate professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email communication, and MS Office.
- Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented.
Preferred
- Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Experience in international sales / export documentation is an added advantage.
