About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Chat Support Executive to assist customers via online chat and provide solutions to technical queries. The role requires good communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through live chat, email, or ticketing system.
- Provide step-by-step technical guidance to resolve issues related to products/services.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure timely responses while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product features, updates, and troubleshooting methods.
Required Skills
- Good written English communication skills.
- Basic technical knowledge (computers, internet, mobile apps, troubleshooting).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream (BBA, BCA, etc.)
- Freshers can apply (training will be provided).
- Basic computer literacy is required.
