- Job Overview:
- As a Chat Support Representative, you'll help users, answering questions, and solving problems. Your goal is to keep users happy and using our app for longer.
- Excellent English skills are a must.
- Location: Surat (on-site only).
- Employment Type: Full-Time/Part Time.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Chat with Users: Help users via chat with their questions and issues.
- Quick Responses: Reply fast and accurately to keep users satisfied.
- Solve Problems: Fix user issues while being friendly and professional.
- Keep Users Engaged: Use good communication to make users stay longer on our app.
- Collect Feedback: Get user feedback and share it with our team.
- Stay Informed: Know our app’s features and updates.
- Work with Team: Cooperate with team members for a smooth user experience.
- Requirements:
- Education: Any.
- English Skills: Excellent English, both written and spoken.
- Communication: Great at talking and writing to people.
- Customer Service: Friendly and patient with users.
- Problem Solver: Good at solving issues quickly.
- Team Player: Work well with others.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 21 per week
