Job Title: Marketing & Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns through hoardings, newspaper ads, and other offline media to drive brand visibility and sales.
  • Identify suitable locations and vendors for outdoor advertising.
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams for timely execution of marketing activities.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide reports to management.
  • Assist in developing strategies to increase footfall and sales across outlets.
  • Maintain relationships with media houses, printers, and advertising partners.
  • Support sales promotions, events, and other brand-building initiatives.
  • Stay updated with competitor marketing activities and suggest innovative ideas.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Marketing/Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or sales promotion (FMCG/Retail preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of offline advertising channels (hoardings, print media, events).
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹70,000.00 per month
