1. Market Research & Strategy

  • Understand Target Audience: Identify ideal customer segments (homeowners, architects, interior designers, etc.).
  • Competitor Analysis: Track what other modular kitchen brands are offering.
  • Develop Marketing Plans: Create quarterly or annual marketing strategies to grow brand visibility and generate inquiries.

2. Brand Promotion & Advertising

  • Digital Marketing: Manage social media, SEO, Google Ads, and content marketing.
  • Offline Marketing: Plan and execute activities like brochures, exhibitions, and collaborations with interior studios.
  • Branding: Ensure consistency in logos, themes, showroom design, and promotional material.

3. Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Generate Qualified Leads: Run campaigns to bring in leads via online forms, calls, walk-ins, etc.
  • CRM Management: Track and nurture leads through customer relationship management tools.
  • Support Sales Team: Provide marketing collateral like catalogs, portfolios, and demo videos.

4. Partnerships & B2B Relations

  • Collaborate with Architects and Builders: Develop relationships for referrals and bulk orders.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work with vendors for printing, advertising, and promotional events.

5. Performance Tracking

  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs like lead conversion rates, cost per lead, ROI of campaigns.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and coordinate with design/sales teams to improve offerings.
