Amazons Customer Trust & Partner Support (CTPS) team is hiring language-proficient talent to support our mission of making Amazon the safest and most trusted place to transact online. We are seeking candidates fluent in Italian, Arabic, or Chinese/Mandarin to join our Seller Onboarding (VMRO) team and help onboard sellers across global Amazon marketplaces

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct live video calls with sellers to verify identity and documentation.

- Review and authenticate seller-submitted documents.

- Validate document ownership and cross-check online copies for legitimacy.

- Assist sellers with the onboarding verification process in real time.

- Provide professional, clear, and accurate customer support.

- Maintain composure and represent Amazon's brand effectively during video calls.

- Identify potential fraud patterns and escalate when required.

- Stay updated on SOPs to reduce avoidable friction for legitimate sellers.

- Consistently achieve productivity, quality, and compliance metrics.

- Participate in process improvements and ad-hoc projects.

Basic Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Italian / Arabic / Chinese-Mandarin and English (speaking, reading, writing).

- Clear pronunciation and ability to communicate complex information effectively.

- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills.

- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time independently.

- Collaborative and eager to learn in a global team environment.
