About the Role
: As the onboarding specialist, you will be end to end accountable for the onboarding of all our new customers. You'll be developing processes and procedures to improve and manage daily onboarding funnel and participate in ongoing initiatives to improve and automate the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end to end onboarding processes for new users.
  • Act as a SPOC between users and other internal stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot onboarding user issues and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports for daily onboarding activities.
  • Support follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction during the onboarding phase.

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in onboarding, sales for a fintech business
  • Organizational skills & strong attention to detail
  • Analytical and communication skills
