Role Description
We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Partners Onboarding Specialist
to join our growing team
In this role, you'll be responsible for onboarding and managing partnerships with
Travel Agents, Corporate Clients, and Event Management Companies
, ensuring seamless coordination and long-term collaboration.
Qualifications
- Manage the
end-to-end onboarding process
for new partners — including travel agents, corporates, and event management companies - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth setup, documentation, and account activation
- Educate partners about company offerings, policies, and operational processes
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key partners to enhance collaboration and business opportunities
- Drive
revenue generation
through active engagement, upselling opportunities, and cross-promotions - Work towards
monthly and quarterly targets
related to partner activation, retention, and revenue growth - Handle
partner escalations
promptly and ensure effective resolution to maintain satisfaction and trust - Maintain
accurate and updated partner data
— including contracts, performance metrics, and communication history - Handle inbound and outbound calls related to partner onboarding, support, and relationship management.
- Prepare and share
reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
with management - Gather and analyze partner feedback to improve onboarding efficiency and overall experience
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to strengthen partner engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Graduation in any field
- 1–3 years of experience
- preferably in
OTAs, Travel Agencies, Partner Onboarding or Client Servicing. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in
CRM tools, Excel, and internal communication systems - Ability to manage multiple partners and deliver results within timelines
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Preferred
- Prior experience working with
travel agents, corporate accounts, or event management companies - Background in
hospitality, travel, or B2B services
