Role Description
:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to lead our content creation and production efforts at Pocket Entertainment. The ideal candidate will be a leader with a deep understanding of content creation, a passion for fiction storytelling, and a track record of managing teams for driving creative excellence. The candidate should have extensive experience with art concepts such as character design, storyboarding and post-production processes and should demonstrate ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools relevant to content creation. The Team Lead role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of storytelling in the dynamic Webtoons industry. You'll guide the creation of compelling narratives and innovative digital comics, leading the artists to bring out the most compelling visual narratives from the scripts.

Responsibilitie
s:

● Content Production

○ Lead the charge in upholding the highest standards of content quality and production schedules

○ Maintain exceptional creative standards throughout the production process, transforming visions into captivating realities.

● Teams management.

○ Cultivate top-tier creative talent, building a powerhouse team of innovators.

○ Manage day to day tasks of the artists which report into you for ensuring seamless production.

● Problem Solving.

○ Drive innovation by developing creative solutions that balance production speed with uncompromising quality.

○ Govern teams and implement best practices, processes, scopes, and schedules, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

● Technology.

○ Demonstrate proficiency in various software applications used in the production of art.

○ Understand, evaluate and use new technologies and advanced softwares in production process.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., B.Des, BFA, media, communications, creative arts).

● 3+ years' relevant work experience in content production & marketing, with 1+ years of experience in animation.

● Proven experience leading a team for a minimum of 1 year.

● Prior exposure to art or content production.

● Creative thinker with a keen understanding of storytelling techniques. Proficient in using relevant software and tools for content production.

● Acquaintance with art production in webtoons/comics ecosystem is a bonus.
