Telecaller – US Process (Night Shift)

Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Telecaller with 1+ years of international calling experience to join our US process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with US-based clients, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining positive client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with global customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to US-based clients for lead generation, appointment setting, and client engagement.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to address client queries and provide accurate information.
  • Follow up with prospects to ensure successful conversions and maintain strong relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
  • Update and maintain accurate client information and call records in CRM systems.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Call volume and conversion rate.
  • Timely follow-ups and appointment closures.
  • Accuracy of CRM updates and reporting.
  • Client satisfaction and engagement quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in international calling / telecalling / appointment setting (US process preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work in the US night shift.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and deliver information clearly and confidently.
  • Familiarity with CRM or calling tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹36,741.09 per month
