We would love the opportunity to work with YOU Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new business opportunities for our IT outsourcing services. This role will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing client engagements, primarily in the USAThis role is target-driven, requiring strong communication skills and a strategic approach to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT outsourcing (application development, support, testing, cloud, etc.)Prospect and engage with decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, Directors) in target markets

Understand client needs and propose customized offshore delivery solutions

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and RFP responses

Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to create effective pitches

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet/exceed revenue targets

Negotiate and close contracts in coordination with legal and finance teams

Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure growth and referrals

Requirments:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or a related field5+ years of experience in business development or sales in IT services/outsourcing

Proven track record of selling to clients in the USA.Strong knowledge of IT outsourcing models and technologies

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working across time zones

Preferred Skills:Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)Exposure to offshore delivery models (India, Philippines, etc.)Understanding of key verticals: BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Utilities etc.Ability to build partner channels or alliances
