**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing a team of four to five managers with total team strength ranging from 30 to 40 people.
- Will be responsible for designing policy, procedures, process and practice which will enable the team to provide service in line with our engagement with clients and ensure that no deviation is allowed during the course of rendering of service.
- Designing training module which will keep team updated on different aspects of accounting and related matters.
- Designing controls and ensuring it's effectiveness on day to day basis to ensure it meets relevant standards on the topic.
- Should have an effective oversight on day to day operation to ensure customers delivery happens in error free environment.
- Should have effective oversight to ensure policy and procedures of the firms are complied with
- Should be responsible for development of business as per the policy of the firm.
- Should be responsible for translation of the business as delegated by seniors.
- To ensure rendering of services of level which will enable C&O to always obtain NPS of more than 8.
- In general he will be responsible for delivery to clients in an environment which compliant in all respect( Policy of firm, Policy of clients, controls required to deliver services etc)

**Desired Profile**:

- 10-12 years post qualification experience in F&A function preferably in outsourcing organisation with end to end expertise
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- Proficiency in working with Tally/SAP/Navision/ or any other accounting ERP tool
- Good knowledge of MS office (Excel/Word and PPT)
- Good knowledge of accounting and financial reporting and related rules and regulation(Income-tax Act, Companies Laws, GST etc.)
