**Job description**

**Designation **- Admin/ Executive, People & Culture

**Location** - Bangalore

**Positions - **1 Admin/ executive

**Role description - **Supporting the operation and coordination needs of the Learning and Development and Culture projects running within the people and culture team of Grant Thornton Bharat.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Should be able to manage learning calendar, scheduling, and coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Sending calendar invites, tracking acceptance
- Maintaining large volumes of data
- Launching feedback surveys, collating feedback and reporting relevant metrics
- Working on learning dashboard and regular governance
- Follow up and drive participation on the ongoing L&D and Culture initiatives
- Liaison with appropriate training and coaching partners to explore possibilities of creating synergies on ongoing projects
- Vendor Management: contract creation, extension and onboarding of all new/existing vendors and training partners
- Closure of vendor billing & invoicing formalities post follow ups with vendor & FAP team
- Supporting for in-person events and classroom training
- Procurement and delivery of rewards/ gifts for employees across all L&D initiatives

**Required skills**:

- Should possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong hold over MS Office especially MS excel and power point
- Should have an analytical bent of mind and relationship orientation
