We are currently looking for the Head of HR Services Center and People Analytics in India.The Human Resources team supports our employee population by providing the structure, care, and development needed for individual employees to be successful in their own careers, which in turn contributes to the overall growth and success of the Company. Our Human Resources department is organized in three strategic pillars:Global Business Unit HRBPsCountry / regional HR directorsCenters of ExcellenceThis position if part of the Centers of Excellence team and reports to the Chief People Officer.Role OverviewThe Head of HR Services Center and People Analytics is responsible for leading efficient, compliant, and data-driven HR service delivery across the organization. This role combines operational excellence in HR administration and payroll with strategic leadership in people data, analytics, and process transformation. Acting as a key partner to HR and business leaders, the role ensures seamless HR operations, high-quality data insights, and a culture of continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Services and OperationsLead the end-to-end management of HR administration and payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.Design, implement, and continuously improve HR service delivery processes, focusing on simplification, standardization, and automation.Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance across all HR administrative and payroll activities.Serve as the primary point of escalation for HR Business Partners and HR Directors on complex employee and manager inquiries.People Data, Reporting, and AnalyticsDefine and maintain people data standards and governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.Develop and implement dashboards and standardized reports that provide actionable insights for HR and business decision-makers.Deliver ad-hoc analyses and support data-driven strategic planning initiatives.Advance the organization’s people analytics capabilities, moving toward predictive and strategic insights.Stakeholder and Vendor ManagementCollaborate closely with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to align systems, processes, and data flows.Manage relationships with external HR service providers, ensuring service excellence, contractual compliance, and cost efficiency.Act as a trusted advisor on HR systems, data management, and process optimization.Leadership and TransformationLead, develop, and inspire the HR Services and People Analytics team, fostering engagement, capability growth, and high performance.Champion change management within the HR function to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and data practices.Contribute to the HR digital transformation agenda, ensuring alignment with broader business and talent strategies.Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability across the HR operations landscape.Qualifications and Education RequirementsPLG is looking for individuals with a record of excellence and achievement. You have proven that you are able to manage difficult tasks and are keen to work in an entrepreneurial company where you can get involved in a variety of work. You are passionate about what you do. Specifically, you have:Business acumen with a strong interest and good knowledge and experience in analyticsCapacity to understand internal clients’ needs and identify how people data will address these needsVery good understanding of the HR roles and processes in contemporary companiesGood project skills. Interest in defining, structuring and enhancing dataCapacity to embark PLG's collaborators and the HR teams in the related change managementExperience : 7-10 years minimum in a Global setup
